Matt Farber is a Marin-based Travel Advisor who plans luxury vacations with a focus on active, wellness, and adventure travel. Whether you're simply looking for a stay at the Four Seasons with VIP treatment or you're planning a three week, action-packed European getaway, Matt can help deliver the trip you desire while making things as easy for you and your family as possible.

Prior to becoming an advisor with Montecito Village Travel, a Virtuoso agency, Matt worked for Backroads for ten years as a tour leader, global trip consultant, and travel agency sales manager. He planned and escorted high-end biking, hiking, and multi-adventure itineraries all over the world. Now, as a luxury Travel Advisor, Matt uses his years of knowledge and experience in the industry, preferred network of global partners, long-standing agency relationships, exclusive access to certain perks and privileges, and highly detailed travel planning process to ensure that clients' travel is seamless from start to finish.

On a local level, Matt is highly involved with the Marin County Bicycle Coalition, where he helped develop the Cory's Ride earn-a-bike program for under-resourced youth in Marin. When he's not helping clients plan their luxury vacations, Matt remains an advisor and ride leader for the youth program.
