Juan Carlos of Squalo Vino will guide us through the art of the spritz, with an introduction to vermouth and other classic apéritifs—covering technique, balance, and how to build drinks you can mix and enjoy (and impress your friends with) all summer long.
Alongside the cocktails, Liz from Highlow Larder will show us how to prepare a selection of Spanish-inspired afternoon snacks—simple, but incredibly tasty bites designed to complement and elevate what’s in your glass.
