For each Bee’s Knees cocktail shared on social media using #beeskneesweek and tagging @barrhillgin, Barr Hill Gin will plant 10 square feet of bee habitat, allowing this keystone species a place to thrive among pollinator friendly plants in an area safe from development. Plus, try our special cheese plate, with San Geronimo specially chosen by our Chef and beverage director to pair perfectly with Bar Hill Honey.
