Caring for someone with dementia can be deeply meaningful—but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting at times. Please know this: you are not alone on this journey.

At Tiburon Hills Care Center, we’ve created a space where caregivers can come together, share their stories, find understanding, and simply breathe. Our Circle of Care Support Group is a place of compassion, connection, and strength—where every experience is honored and every voice matters.

Join us on the 4th Thursday of each month in our warm and welcoming Garden Room from 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM. Whether you’re seeking guidance, comfort, or just a moment to feel seen, you’ll be met with open hearts and a community that truly understands.
