Crying Uncle Bluegrass Band at Old St. Hilary's
Bay Area based Crying Uncle Bluegrass Band is widely recognized as one of the most exciting young bands playing acoustic music. Their unique mix of Bluegrass, Dawg, Jazz and original music has brought them critical acclaim and attracted a dedicated following. Brothers Miles and Teo Quale are joined by bassist Andrew Osborn and new member, guitarist Ian Ly. The bluegrass band was the recipient of the 2023 International Bluegrass Music Association’s Momentum Band of the Year award, and winners of the 2018 Pickin’ in the Pines Band Contest in Flagstaff AZ - CUBG is making waves in the world of bluegrass and acoustic music.
